Main Activities:
- Execute operational process steps within ServiceNow.
- Provide end-user support via tickets, emails, Teams chat, or video calls.
- Create ad-hoc reports in ServiceNow.
- Perform simple data-oriented analyses.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including UAT execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of the SPM module (basics of Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource Management, and Reporting).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable communicating directly with end users.
- Availability aligned with the Paris time zone (±1 hour).
