Main Activities:

  • Execute operational process steps within ServiceNow.
  • Provide end-user support via tickets, emails, Teams chat, or video calls.
  • Create ad-hoc reports in ServiceNow.
  • Perform simple data-oriented analyses.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including UAT execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the SPM module (basics of Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource Management, and Reporting).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable communicating directly with end users.
  • Availability aligned with the Paris time zone (±1 hour).
