RED TIC is currently looking for a qualified VMware Support Engineer to join the technical support team of our client. As a VMware Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing support for our client’s virtualization infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and resolving technical issues.

MISSION :

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and related components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their technical concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Documentation:

• Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for internal knowledge base and customer reference.

Performance Optimization:

• Perform regular system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning to ensure efficient VMware infrastructure.

Upgrades and Patching:

• Assist in planning and executing VMware software upgrades and patches.
• Stay informed about the latest VMware technologies and updates.

REQUIRED PROFILE : VMWARE

• Proven experience in providing technical support for VMware virtualization solutions.
• Strong knowledge of vSphere, ESXi, and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and storage configurations in a virtualized environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
