Technologies and Tools:

· Talend ETL – Proficiency in Talend Open Studio and Talend Server

· Strong SQL knowledge

· Java/J2EE

· Dimensional Data Modeling

· Data Warehousing Concepts and Reporting Concepts

· Cloud Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)

· Version Control Systems (Git)

· CI/CD Pipelines

Required skills:

· Talend ETL – fully proficient with development and administration of Talend Open Studio and Talend Server – Experience developing with the Talend product suite

· Strong SQL knowledge

· Java/J2EE

· Deep knowledge and hands on experience with dimensional Data modeling

· Data warehousing concepts, reporting concepts

· Working with cloud platforms (docker, Kubernetes)

· Quick learner, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

· Communication skills: English, French

· Architect and optimize data integration architectures for scalability, performance, and maintainability,

· Mentor and guide a team of Talend developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards,

· Translate business and technical requirements into data interfaces, transformation jobs, and data models,

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, DBAs, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery,

· Oversee the development and administration of Talend Open Studio and Talend Server environments,

· Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards,

· Continuously seek opportunities to refine and improve Talend practices within the distributed team,

· Serve as a liaison between the development team and other departments or stakeholders as needed,
