RED TIC  is looking for a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure the smooth delivery of IT projects, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within our teams. You will act as a servant leader, supporting product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles

• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions

• Foster close collaboration between development teams and stakeholders

• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization

• Monitor project progress and ensure transparency on deliverables

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
