Mission :
This role has responsibility for a program or for two or more related projects for a limited duration or on a continuing basis. They provide functional program manager development, planning, guidance and support to ensure that business objectives are met. They influence and advise management and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions. Analyze complex or new situations and implement solutions or develop new approaches, procedures or processes. The employee guides functional objectives or technologies

Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function. Sometimes no precedent exists.

Accountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses.
