We are seeking Network & Security Support Engineers (24/7) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have strong fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networking and IT/network security skills.

Specific Vendor Skills Desired :

Candidates with configuration, administration, and troubleshooting experience for the following vendors will be ideal:

• Netapp
• F5 (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM)
• Fortinet
• Palo Alto Networks
• Check Point
• Microsoft (Cloud products)
• Huawei (Routing/Switching, Security, and Storage)
• XFusion (Previously Huawei servers)
• Skills with similar vendors (Juniper, Cisco, Extreme, HPE Networking) are also useful and easily transferable.

Desired Technology Skills : NETWORK

• TCP/IP
• Routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, etc.)
• Switching
• MPLS
• VPN technologies
• NGFW technologies
• IDS/IPS Solutions
• In-depth knowledge of HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS/PKI
• Load Balancing (F5 or similar)
• Storage solutions and related technologies (CIFS, NFS)
• SAML, Kerberos, RADIUS, TACACS+
• Linux

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot network and security equipment.
• Provide high-quality technical support for client incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support.
• Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in network and security support.
• Excellent understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and routing and switching protocols.
• Hands-on experience with technologies from the vendors mentioned above.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a 24/7 support environment.

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, F5 Certified, Fortinet NSE, etc.)
• Good understanding of security architectures and best practices in network security.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex network and security issues.
