Mission :
- Lead the preparation of the IT budget, analysis of IT financial conditions, creation of financial metrics, adherence to accounting practices and global and regional policies.
- Strong IT Finance, Strategy (Accurate, Financial Management Processes)
- Build and Lead Expert Team to Provide Best in-class KPIs and results in alignment with Global IT Strategy
- Develop and track financial performance indicators across IT and communicate outcomes to the senior management, IT, and business leadership
- Define optimal organizational structure and operating model
- Transform the way of managing IT Budget, Accounting and Charging
- Provide Guidance for IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support to Global IT and Global IT Controlling communities.
- Oversight of the full cycle of IT purchases, leases, agreements and contracts from inception to completion.
- Execute contract negotiations with strategic suppliers to support strategic initiatives for cloud, cyber security, workspace, infrastructure, etc.
- Drive partnering with strategic and trusted Suppliers and Vendors to drive cost optimization, faster and higher quality support
- Develop initiatives to improve Business Operations and Purchasing techniques
- You develop short and long range plans to improve sourcing costs and vendor performance.
- Approve policies and methodologies for sourcing new products or services, and approving vendors
- Keep up with the latest industry trends to ensure we are appropriately using technologies and planning for our technology needs
- Ability to lead discussions with internal and external business partners to include executive leadership, management team, legal, and Regional team.
Profil rechercher : IT FINANCIAL CONTROLLING MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of related experience
- Financial, Computer Science or advanced degree preferred
- Strong English communications skills, both written and verbal
- Deep experience of technology and related IT budget management experience
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills for financial modeling/analysis
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Experienced in partnering with senior leaders and providing leadership in managing the function and establishing its strategic direction
- Experience operating in a complex matrixed environment and interacting across levels and organizations
- Deep understanding of Technologies, Budgets and Financial analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
- Capability of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization
- Customer service skills and with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic changing agile environment with tight deadlines
