Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers for database applications.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing PL/SQL code to improve performance.
- Collaborate with application developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate database solutions.
- Design and implement data models and database structures.
- Ensure data integrity and security across the database.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Document technical specifications and processes.
- Provide support for database-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PL/SQL Developer, preferably with 8 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies and SQL.
- Experience in performance optimization and PL/SQL code tuning.
- Familiarity with data modeling principles and database design.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
