RED TIC recruits for its partners a Business Intelligence Engineer profile.

Missions :

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Engineer with a passion to work with complex problems to create the best user experience for all stakeholders. You are passionate about providing insights from data and have experience in working with large data sets. You are organized, efficient and insist on the highest standards. You are an independent self-starter who thrives on owning projects. You will be required to make important decisions on the technical structure of the project from data pipelines, data models and roadmaps.

Key job responsibilities :

  • Create mechanisms for non-technical stakeholders to self-serve data including during urgent issue management ;
  • Scope and deliver strategic projects to accelerate the success of the safety programs supported ;
  • Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes ;
  • Take the problems of stakeholders and help them understand technical solutions which can be delivered.

Your Profile : BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ENGINEER

  • Bac+5 in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience with ETL development, data modeling, data warehousing and applying analytics.
  • Experience with SQL using databases like MySQL, Redshift or similar.
  • Experience in data visualization tools using Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI or similar.
  • Strong self-starter, confident to operate relatively autonomously.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skill.
  • Good analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, you have very high attention to details.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AWS solutions such as EC2, Dynamo DB, S3, Redshift, and RDS
  • Expert in tuning SQL scripts
  • Experience with Python
