Requirements : 

Identify customer requirements, document features and stories by researching the existing functionality, gap analysis, gather and synthesize information  Meet operational deadlines in a demanding fast-paced environment and capable of working independently as well as in a team  Experience using Requirement Management tools and JIRA  Ability to contribute individually towards a team and track deliverable within the committed timelines  Pre-groom the requirements, understanding the Gap and converting the solution into a feasible requirement Release support and own deliverable end to end support during UAT  Experience working with teams on Agile methodology 2-3+ years of industry experience in data analysis and developing business cases 2+ years’ experience in dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting with tools such as Tableau or Power BI 2+ years’ experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets in a database Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights
