RED TIC is recruiting for one of its clients a IT Tech Talent Acquisition profile for the following assignments:
MISSION :
As an IT Tech Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and talent market dynamics.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or tech talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
